How it Works
ORB Connect works as a standalone web app alongside your claims management software, giving you fast, secure access to NHS GP records within days.
Simple Operational Workflow
Invite the insured individual to register with ORB, link their NHS app and give permission to share information, supported with step by step guides.
Your authorised user receives notification that access has been granted and can pull the record directly from the NHS. If records are incomplete, the individual simply contacts their GP for the full record (7 days average).
Governance and Compliance
Data protection is central to the ORB model and that the individual retains control over their data at all time.
