Onboarding
Complete your Clinical Risk Management forms, registrations and documentation. These forms are all accessible online and you will be provided links to access them directly.
Training
Tailored training packages will be provided, depending on the product or package you buy.
Training videos will be available online for you to access whenever you need a refresher.
For large organisations and complex customer solutions, custom training packages will be developed for you and your teams.
Customer Support
Ongoing customer support will be available online and by phone to ensure that any questions are answered promptly.
Your account manager will also be available if you need additional levels of customisation in your product package.
